Belinda Ghetti
Belinda Ghetti is a seasoned structured finance professional with deep expertise in credit ratings and structured credit products.
She leads the Structured Credit Alternative Group at Fitch Ratings, where she focuses on non-traditional private credit securitizations, credit fund finance, rated note feeders, asset-based finance (ABF), and Significant Risk Transfer (SRT) transactions. Prior to Fitch, Belinda served as Co-Head of U.S. Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) at S&P Global.
She is a recognized thought leader who regularly engages with investors, issuers, arrangers, and regulators, and has represented her employers in numerous conference panels and media appearances.
Earlier in her career, Belinda gained structuring experience at CIBC World Markets in the ABS and CLO group and began her finance career at Merrill Lynch in wealth management. She holds a Master of International Affairs in International Banking and Finance from Columbia University and a B.B.A. in Banking and Finance from Hofstra University.
