Claire Tomkins, CEO and Founder of Future Family. Claire is a veteran fintech executive with a history of leading in Frontier Markets for consumer financing, first Solar and now Fertility. She founded Future Family to address the global Fertility crisis, one of the largest, underserved markets in healthcare. The company operates at the intersection of fintech and healthcare, offering low-cost financing as an embedded solution with built-in digital care services. Prior to Future Family, Claire was an executive at SolarCity (now TSLA) where she oversaw all of Product & Partner Marketing for the largest consumer finance business in the solar industry. Claire brings deep expertise in fintech and consumer finance and has been recognized as a Kauffman Fellow, a National Science Foundation Fellow, and for her work at Future Family as Inc Magazine’s list of Top 100 Female Founders, Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Next Gen, and one of San Francisco Business Time’s 40 Under 40. Most recently she was named to the Class of 2023 for EY Winning Women. Claire holds a PhD in Applied Economics and Finance (MS&E) from Stanford University and a B.A. from the University of Arizona.
