Javier Casillas is a founding member of WhiteHorse Capital’s direct lending platform. Since 2010, he has led portfolio construction (currently $15bn), the growth of the credit team, and expansion into new geographies.
Javier currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer for WhiteHorse U.S. He leads credit investments across a broad range of sectors and oversees vertical credit leaders across platforms. He is based in Miami.
Prior to joining WhiteHorse Capital, Javier was with ING Americas and JP Morgan.
Javier received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University and his M.B.A. from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.
