Katya Baron is a seasoned capital markets and fintech executive with 20+ years of experience in asset finance, securitization and lending partnerships.

As VP of Capital at Wisetack, Katya leads the Company’s capital and lending partner relationships.  Prior to Wisetack, Katya was head of capital markets for Mosaic’s $1+BN portfolio of residential solar loans, launching Mosaic’s de novo Solar Loan ABS program and establishing the company’s warehouse and whole loan sales facilities.  Katya began her career in asset-backed securitization teams at JPMorgan Securities and Barclays Capital.
