Matt works across asset classes with issuers, borrowers, underwriters and lenders on a range of public and private asset-backed finance transactions, with particular experience in matters involving motor vehicle collateral. His multifaceted practice includes supporting high-growth, early stage companies in addition to representing large private equity funds, investment banks and finance companies in varied transaction structures. Prior to law school, Matt taught ninth-grade English and English as a second language through Teach For America, which serves as a foundation for his extensive pro bono practice today.
