Naz Majidi is the founder of Pand Capital and brings deep experience advising middle-market asset managers, credit investors, and specialty finance companies on strategic financing and capital solutions. Naz advises clients across the middle market and alternative credit ecosystem. Naz has significant expertise in structuring vehicles for fundraising and financing tailored to institutional investors, particularly insurance companies and pension funds. She has extensive experience designing rated feeder structures and collateralized fund obligations (CFOs) that enable institutional investors to access a broad range of asset classes, including private credit and private equity.
Prior to launching Pand Capital, Naz led the Liability Management & Ratings Advisory group at GreensLedge Capital Markets. Her work focused on developing financing strategies for diversified asset managers, credit hedge funds, and finance companies, as well as structuring investment vehicles designed to facilitate capital formation. Prior to GreensLedge, Naz spent five years in the U.S. Structured Credit and Conduits Group at Natixis Capital Markets, where she worked on structured financing solutions for credit portfolios and alternative asset platforms. She began her career at Goldman Sachs.
Naz holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from École Centrale de Lyon in France and a Master of Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). She holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 79 licenses
