Ryan Moreno is a seasoned finance attorney who represents banks and alternative lenders as the lead arranger in structuring, negotiating, and executing a wide range of complex fund finance transactions. With extensive experience across the capital stack, Ryan helps his clients navigate each stage of the lifecycle of a fund. Ryan’s practice spans a diverse array of financial instruments and transactions. This includes subscription facilities, NAV facilities, hybrid facilities, and warehouse facilities. He collaborates closely with asset managers to establish back leverage facilities and loan programs.
