Principal, PWC
Tim is a principal in the Financial Markets & Real Estate (“FMRE”) practice at PwC with over two decades of experience advising global and domestic financial services institutions. Tim currently leads Valuation Services within the national FMRE practice. Also serving as a Board Member on the Financial Instruments Board of the International Valuation Standards Council.

Through-out his career, he has led multi-disciplinary teams providing services involving:
•Valuation of all types of debt, equity and structured products
•Financial product oversight, risk management, and valuation governance
•Compliance with financial and regulatory reporting matters impacting issuers or investors of financial products
•Asset and valuation diligence services for financial products
•Credit and impairment analysis
•Securitization and transaction closing services
•Financial engineering; from model development through validation and implementation

Tim is a frequent speaker on matters pertaining to private markets. Hosting quarterly webinar series for a global audience and recent moderator roles at AIMA and IVSC events focused on private credit.

Prior to joining PwC, Tim was a Securities Analyst at Wells Fargo Bank N.A. focusing on complex Mortgage-Backed Securities.
