Aijamal Bakitbek is a Vice President in the Debt Capital Markets team at DigitalBridge, a leading global digital infrastructure investment firm managing over $110 billion in assets under management. She focuses on debt strategy and execution across new investments and portfolio companies in Europe and Asia, spanning investment-grade and structured financing solutions for data centres, fibre networks, and tower platforms.

Aijamal joined DigitalBridge in 2020 on the Investment Team, where she evaluated and managed European digital infrastructure investments. Prior to DigitalBridge, she advised on infrastructure M&A transactions at HSBC and began her career at ING Bank in London and Singapore.

Aijamal holds a BA in Economics from Durham University.
