Martin Arrowsmith is Head of the Market Based Finance Division at the Bank of England which covers developments in capital markets and non-bank financial institutions. The market based finance division is responsible for identifying and mitigating financial stability risks from market based finance and the Bank’s work on financial system-wide scenario analysis and stress testing. Previously Martin worked in a range of other roles at the central bank covering financial stability risk assessment and policy making, supervision, economics, and stress testing.
